Cupping lab has been established for finding the various ways to taste Nerpali coffee. Beautiful Coffee Nepal (BeaCoN) is furnished with coffee equipment like sample roasters, siphon, mocha pot, grinder, dripper, French press, aroma kit and coffee beans from domestic and overseas. Person in charge of coffee quality in marketing platform roasts green beans every week and conducts experiment to improve the coffee quality. BeaCoN plans to open it to everyone as a beginning of coffee tasting/cupping in Nepal.
